Where do we ship?

We can ship to the majority of the world's countries, and most products can be shipped to United States, Canada, and Mexico.

 

How soon will shipping take?

Your order ships out within a week of your order date but shipping time depends on the shipping destination.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is charged per item and shipping rate depends on the product final destination.

 

Where does my order ship from?

Generally, most orders will ship from United States, or Asia.

 

How shall I track my order?

You can quickly and easily find this information on your Order Details page. Go to your Order History page and then tap on Track Package under the appropriate order.

Your tracking page will show the order’s estimated date of arrival, its tracking history, the tracking ID, and a link to the carrier’s site. If there is no tracking ID available, your tracking page will show a limited tracking history and an estimated date of arrival.

 

Where can I find an invoice for my order?

Navigate to your Order History page and click "Details" next to the order in question. This page can be used as an invoice for your records. The confirmation email you received when you originally placed your order can also be used as an invoice.

 

What about the refund policy?

We stand behind all the products we sell.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. We accept returns of items that have been unworn and unwashed. Refund policy only apply on regular priced items, special price promotion items cannot be refunded unfortunately. Refunds will be taken place in the form of store credit minus the original shipping amount.Before a return, the purchased item need to bepacked well with the same condition as you received it. We will notify you via email once we have received your returned item. If it gets approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically refunded to your PayPal or credit card.This will happen instantly. To a special circumstance, it might take 3 daysas maximum. Rejection of your refund only happen if any damage is found on the purchased items.




Exchanges (if applicable) 

In case you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will be glad to assist you for make an exchange. Wereplace items if the returned one is defective. To exchange, send us an email at info@catchymarket.comand we will send the closest address to you for the return.

 

Shipping costs from return

The return has to be taken care of by You. Unfortunately, the shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you are suggested to use a traceable shipping service that provide the purchasing shipping insurance, in case any lose.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund
after 30 days, please contact us, we will be glad to help you to check. Sometimes the reason is due to the credit card company may take extra time for your refund to be officially issued.
